This is a great classic liquor, but with a surprisingly lively flavor, made by slow infusion of the best toasted Arabica coffee beans and ground with traditional methods. Its characteristic bittersweet flavor comes from its seductive and shiny beans. It can be served on the rocks or straight up. You can also try it almost frozen with a thin layer of freshly whipped cream on top. It’s excellent in  ice cream floats, especially cream or vanilla ice cream.
